A dedicated toll free number will be provided exclusively for the loyalty members. Loyalty members can make calls to the dedicated toll free number when ever in need of a service. The calls will be answered in 3 rings with the personalized greeting. Multilingual customer service agents will provide service in English/Arabic & Hindi,24 hours round a clock. Service agent will raise a Service Request and will pass over SR reference number to the customer. The service will be rendered within 45 minutes. Also the customer can give in their feedback and comments directly to our executives.
